Account and data deletion
Wanna dip? No hard feelings.
You can delete your Let's Slide Twin account and the personal data tied to it any time. Here's how.
Option 1: In the app
- Open Let's Slide Twin and tap Tweak it (Settings).
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and your data is purged within 30 days.
Option 2: By email
Email info@convelabs.com with the subject “Delete my Let's Slide Twin account” from the email address on your account (or tell us the email you used with Sign in with Apple or Google). We may ask you to confirm it's really you. We'll confirm and finish within 30 days.
Waitlist or advertiser list
Signed up on this website? Email us from that address and ask to be removed. We'll delete the entry.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile and sign-in identifiers
- Saved places (Home, Work, favorites) and settings
- Trip and location history tied to you
- The link between you and any reports, votes or ratings you made
What we may keep
- Crowd reports and votes in anonymous, de-identified form (they no longer point back to you)
- Purchase and subscription records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons
- Data in backups, which roll off on their normal schedule (within 35 days)
Important: cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
